Vase. Porcelain with black enamel ground decorated with the flowers of the Four Seasons (lotus, chrysanthemum, prunus, peony) and symbols in famille verte enamels - 'famille noire'. China, Jiangxi province, Jingdezhen. Qing dynasty, traditionally dated to the Kangxi period, AD 1662-1722. Height 56 cm. Donated by George Eumorfopoulos (GE 2683).
