Families who lost their homes as a result of a gas explosion on January 12 in the Fondo neighborhood of Santa Coloma, are still reeling from that event. Two people were killed in the explosion and 22 suffered injuries. All of those affected agree that—once having been able to recover their personal belongings—the hardest part has been the emotional trauma they’ve experienced. In the report we hear from several of these families who are trying to return to a normal life.
