En el món de l'art cada vegada més s'imposa el reciclatge d'aquests materials, com a reciclatge poètic. A Barcelona ha tingut lloc la primera Marató de creació i reciclatge, el Drap-Art, en una carpa situada davant el Centre de Cultura Contemporània. ART BRUT: FUSIÓ, BRICOLATGE I ALTRES HISTÒRIES: Un segon reportatge parla de 3 artistes que han centrat el seu treball recent en l'utilització d'escombraries: Peret, que des de fa un temps es dedica a l'escultura de l'objecte trobat; el brasiler Flavio Morais i Manel Rubiales.; Cultural magazine. This program’s structure changes each season, but it always includes one or two long reports (one of which could be an interview)—either produced in-house or acquired—and various brief segments providing a schedule and/or critical reviews of cultural activities. Art in Trash: using scrap material in art is not a new technique, but now, with consumer society mushrooming as it is, there is unlimited junk of all sorts to be found. The art world is steadily turning to the recycling of these materials, a sort of poetic recycling. The first creative recycling Marathon, Rag-Art, took place in Barcelona under a tent set up outside the Center for Contemporary Art. Dirty art: Fusion, Do-it-Yourself and Other Stories: A second report looks at three artists who have focused their recent work on the use of items from the trash: Peret, who for some time now has done sculptures with found objects; Brazilian artist, Flavio Morais; and Manel Rubiales.
