The cell cycle regulators p18<sup>Ink4c</sup> and p19<sup>Ink4d</sup> <em>in vivo</em> studies of their roles in tumorigenesis and development
Progression through the G1, S, G2 and M phases of the cell cycle is controlled by cyclin-dependent kinases (Cdks) and cyclins. These proteins form active Cdk:cyclin complexes that phosphorylate specific substrates.
