Guitar by Rauche & Hoffmann. As well as this guittar (an early form of the modern guitar), Robert is also known to have owned a fiddle, a stock-and-horn (a simple woodwind instrument made of animal bone) and a flute. This is the earliest known English guittar in any Scottish collection.
