Fork, log
This log fork is part of a large collection of traditional craft products acquired from the British Council in 1960. It was supplied by, and probably made by, J. G. Denny of Essex, circa 1945–6. The fork has two straight prongs and a small spike above the prongs for moving logs in the fire. The shaft is decorated with two twisted sections and the end has been thickened to form the handle.
