This elevation and ground-plan is of a single-storey cottage projecting into Lower Pembroke St. and adjacent to the quoin of William Galway’s house, no. 129 Baggot Street. The house and adjoining cottage were built for Sir John Blaquiere during the 1790s. The cottage was originally used as a laundry but later owners converted it to a business premises.
