Ericofon (Cobra) telephone
Ericofon was the first telephone to incorporate dial and handset in a single unit. Its revolutionary design marked a paradigm shift in telephone design several decades before the evolution of cordless and cellular phones. Because Ericofon was made from the new thermoplastic ABS, it could be produced in any color, contrary to Bakelite’s standard black.
