MEDIEVAL VESSEL
Almost complete Siegburg stoneware vessel, upper part missing. Probably in the form of a beaker with constricted neck and wider, plain-rimmed open mouth, although there does not appear to be a handle. The vessel narrows again at the foot, with ridges above and a flaring footring with wavy edges. Grey stoneware with iron staining on the surface.
