For two years the Ramat Gan Safari Park has stopped their collection of lions from producing cubs by introducing contraceptive drugs to the lioness's feed. The reason for this was that the collection was far too big at the time and the Safari park wanted to lower the numbers by offering lions to other zoos and safari parks in the world as well as waiting for the numbers to decline by natural means…
