offshore wind energy: a threatened dream

Emden, city of East Frisia, became an important center for the offshore wind industry, but the prospects are far from halsums: two of the major companies present red numbers. One of them, the Nordseewerke shipyard, recently went bankrupt. Made in Germany brings us closer to the fears and hopes of the Emden locality.
