Scammer at the expense of oil

The Mossos Gandesa arrested a man accused of swindling up to 16 agricultural cooperatives Priorat, Ribera d’ Ebre, Terra Alta and Garrigues. At the detainee, the cooperatives sold him big quantities of oil that never reached to charge, and he resold it at individuals at prices far below the of the market. He’s at liberty with charges.
