An Archaeological Evaluation at Land off Field Side, Mareham-le-Fen, Lincolnshire

The evaluation comprised of the excavation of 11 trial trenches. One ditch in the northern half of the site may have dated to the later prehistoric period. A number of medieval ditches, gullies and deposits, also within the northern half of the site, were dated to the 13th - 14th centuries. [Au]
