Life inside the camp: Personal artifacts and living conditions at Stvor
The camp “Stvor” (Створ) was a forced labour camp in the Russian Cis-Ural region of Perm and formed part of the Soviet GULag system. It existed from 1942 to 1972. Today, there only exist few remnants and objects on the historical site which give testimony of the history of state repression in the Soviet Union. Some of these remnants are being displayed in this gallery.
