My grandfather Albert Chatelais was born on June 13, 1890 in Echalon in the Orne. He was a private 2nd class in the 101st infantry regiment, then in the 124th infantry regiment and the 150th infantry regiment, 4th company. Wounded on the forehead on May 29, 1916 in Cumières-le-Mort-homme.
