Stamps from 1914
The first stamps that were issued for the national care and social welfare of the people who lived in Epirus, Macedonia and Thrace and were liberated by the Greek army with the Balkan wars of 1912-1913 and then for the rest of the Greeks who lived in these areas. This material belongs to the Philatelic Society of Serres with Athanasios Tselios tou Georgiou as President.
