Ante Marinović
He was born on December 12, 1895 in Podprolog. Enlisted and worked in the medical department on the Italian battlefield in 1917 and 1918. After the war, he spent some time in Split, and then in 1922 he married Mila Lazić in Janjina on Pelješac. They had a son Mica. The wife and son were killed in Italian retaliation in 1943 in the village of Jurkovići on Pelješac. His second wife was Vilma Marinov…
