This is a pair of decorative French-made, trench art crosses, likely made in the vicinity of the Salonika Front. They are in the form of a pair of 37MM shell casings with, on top of each, a cruciform pair of bullets. One shell casing has the word 'SERBIE', and the other has 'MACEDOINE'.
