This postcard featuring the photo of Georges Sylvestre GORÉ was sent by his wife Queen in 1917 to the sister of the first, Marthe GORÉ, in Costa Rica. Georges Goré (Paris 1886-1921), telegraph operator, went to war in September 1915 at the age of 29, four years after his marriage to Queen Philippe.
