Antoine Jean Léon BOUYSSONNIE was born on July 20, 1890 in Sainte-Nathalène (Dordogne). He did his military service in Morocco in 1912 when he was a peasant. Once his service is over, he goes directly to the war where he will be a gunner in the 47th artillery regiment. He fights among others in Marne and Verdun.
