SERIES TITLE: Retrospective newsreels

At the Uplands of Balaton, Kapolcs the cultural and arts festival called the Valley of the Arts was orgaized in 1989 for the first time and has since become a cult event of the year. The plenty exciting programs contains theater, music and family activities and are held in courts of rural houses.
